Ghargompa: The Jewels of Eighth Century and Symbol of Pioneer of Buddhism

Local flavor Ghargompa, known as Lo-Ghekar Gompa in modern time remain as one of the most significant pilgrimage in the Himalayas. At the altitude of 3934m above sea level, the Ghargompa is the pioneer of Buddhism in Tibet and its vicinity.

The Green Tara, the blessing that occurred naturally during the foundation of Gompa, that todays depict cultural and religious significance. The walls are decorated with images of deities crafted on slit stones and statues inside within gompa; Guru Rinpoche (Lotus born spiritual teacher), his disciples, Manjushree and Buddha Sakyamuni and more.

Namely, Ghola Khar is the cave that ten minutes work from the gompa, where lama used to mediate and teaches his disciples. Lama Sifu is the cave on the cliff with small stream on the right side as the mediation center. On the way, you will see Langbochhe that resemble elephant and small stream flowing like elephant watering its body.

My Dream World: My Philosophy
Globally, football is most celebrated game or sport event. Individually, I will pick one player as my favorite, forgetting other ones who assisted him to make us think or feel best.

We, human sometimes become so greedy that at top we forget step we placed, hand that we grab and seed of aim that sowed in our heart. We can fly like birds in sky by seeing or studying dragon fly. But sometimes the murmuring sound of very insect might be disturbing at some corner of nature. The human could socialize and satisfy through digitization, artificialization and virtualization. It might be my dream world less or more but not socially and naturally.

In addition to water and food grains, nowadays I need fuel like petrol and diesel because I have to focus my destiny and not my environment. As a friend I carry smartphone because my friends are inside my phone on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. In society, sometimes it come as flavor to share everything on group of friends. But more or less we rely on social media for communication.

We have trust in certain key words named as password, but hardly on humanity and ethnicity that lead towards civilization. While cyber bullying or crime took place, we remember the result and reason, but not the aspects that lead as per time and situation. The words we speak sound good and better, but as politician sustainable implementation sound eternal.

To those paper works that needs lots of procedure, but do we still have awareness the paper works reflect what we done in the ground level of development.
While company hiring employee, she/he look for academic qualification along with work experience. Likewise, the paper work present finalizing the progress we have made, there needs inspection and analysis to check the sustainability and beauty of work.

So, my dream world is all about my nature where I could feel calmness and part or friend of every animals not merely social animals. I could understand role of each individual to maintain eco-system and eco-cycle. Sustainable and environment friendly development that I would feel the greatness and respect towards every nature being, while benefiting myself with infrastructural development. My philosophy we should connect not merely my internet, social media but there must be social connection and communication. We have to respect each individual either criticize or support with better understanding and vision.

Necessity is the mother of invention; its fact and that given opportunity and invention to those we rely on this days. In many countries, global pandemic has become basis for political leadership to change or add more dateline to their placement for further and better prospect.
As an employee, I do feel change when I became participant in training session on app called “ZOOM”. I feel it is today need. In many countries, education system is halted and also talking about online education.

But in remote areas, is there accessibility of online education? So, there is necessity of strong strategy based on the geographical location and accessibility of infrastructure. District that has marked “Green Zone” are still in dilemma whether to work manually or on online.
So, global pandemic is the basis for reshaping politics and system. So, it is great matters that how government is creating environment for its future either winning or losing the pandemic. As systemically, it is need of re-institution or technical system, while developed countries and big company like Google calling for “Work from Home” as you can.
In agriculture country like Nepal, the pandemic has driven people to home or villages and made them to work on their land. It has created option to utilize their own resources for living or gain economic status and importantly local products or resources have got its value.

At this age of pandemic, it made us understand the pace of infrastructural development; importantly internet service. While people are reachable to 3G or 4G network, do they got access to information and system that they need? So, it is essential to organize awareness campaign to use internet precisely and how to avoid internet bullying or cyber crime.
Here, word politic doesn’t merely indicate the political leader/government that governance people but the politics of every individual, family and society that need change or reshaping for winning the pandemic and economic loss.
At the end, politics is the system that ensure right, opportunity, procedure, will and duty of every individual, sectors or company that contribute government systematically, financially and via development.

It feels profound and dignity that natural beauty and treasures have decorated Mustang and mystical land lure number of people every year. Apart from difficulties in life of inhabitant as per geographical location but happiness and adventure is all around in name of journey and culture and tradition.

It has been more than two decades that I have been roaming here and there around Mustang. Luckily I got opportunity to visit Chungsie Cave for first time. I would love to say “The hidden treasure on the cliff under the canopy of blue sky”.

Before word that echoed in my ear for many time, the meditation centre of Lotus Born Spiritual Teacher Guru Rinpoche is worthwhile and blessing to visit in one life time of person. Unknowingly its date of existence, but it has greater priority in the time of spread of Buddhism in Tibet and its vicinity.

In modern Mustang, it is located in Lo- Ghekar Damodarkunda Rural Municipality Ward  No. 3 Gilling village, which is two hour trek from the very place. However, inhabitant of Gilling had made motor road for comfort and easiness of visitors. Parking your vehicles in the half way, you can work for a while in spiritual land to reach holy place.

The local people have made their best effort for conservation and promotion of the holy place. Under Prime Minister Employment Project, trekking road was constructed with local participation that will add more comfort in your journey.

Everything depend upon state of mind. During childhood, I love to hear story from Mom and villagers that I could passed over next. My mind become so attentive and joy to hear and able to share with other catching all those lines and incidents.

The folk stories have their own moral and aspects. My mom sell the story to me and I used to do chores in return.

Sometimes, we love to hear jokes from comedian that may not be worthwhile to sell but instantly it bring mind in state of happiness. Some people satire that become jokes and criticism. However, if the state of mind is positive, one could filter it for productivity.

People sell words of vision, philosophy, philanthropic, wisdom and more. While people buy it attentively and effectively, they lead the life of success and happiness.

The state of mind is term as thought that turn into work, policies, strategy and action because of which global network and modern world is built up.

During this period of pandemic, many words need to be sell. The words of strength and positivity and words of awareness so that people could win over of stress, anxiety and depression.

In context of Nepal, educational institution are remain closed. Indeed, educated and local bodies could sell words of positive parenting and how parents can play key role to involve their children in practical way of education and moral science in their own place.

We may not be able to evaulate, children in this days who have got opportunity to see and learn community based activity, culture and way of living. Children are sharing a lot about what they saw and learn when they are apart in their respective school and place.

In school, main objective is to learn language and way of communication option as per global need. But there are a lot to learn at home if there is good communication and parental role.

Corona Virus is rapidly spreading all over the world, while its epicenter Wohun has came under controlled. The globe is under lockdown to slow it and win over COVID19 after all to return to normal.

One become victims of corona virus, once you inhale infected droplet or if one touch contaminated parts or things.

The corona virus get transmitted via infected droplet and enter our body through oral, eye or ears. It reach upto lungs through respiratory track and get multiplied within lungs. It’s symptoms are not develop easily but fever and dry cough may be seen in patient. In severe case, it makes difficulty in breathing and couldn’t supply required oxygen by lungs and it hooks cell and lungs are filled with fluid instead.

WHO has declared it pandemic and globe is under lockdown. Corona virus likely to attack age above 50 0r 60 but the younger ones would be mode of transmission.

However, we can win over corona virus, if we work in team with discipline and determination. There are four key things that one must know to null corona virus.

1. Hand: Wash your hand regularly with soap or alcohol based detergent or sanitizer.

2. Face: Do not touch your eyes or ears or part of your face through which virus may enter your body.

3. Elbow: Bend your elbow to cover while sneezing or coughing or use tissue paper to avoid spread as virus get transmitted via infected droplets.

4. Social distance: To avoid the spread, maintain social distance and also isolation and quarantine are effective measures to control spread.

In addition, Government must carry test, test and test and have to isolate and quarantine infected ones.

Importantly, person mustn’t be panic and develop anxiety over the virus or diseases as per news being spread over internet and that may decline your immunity.

So, follow preventive measures outlined by WHO and stay home and stay safe.

“LockDown” is appreciative that is done by government. Also we are hopeful that government will declare relief package to daily wages soon

I feel more socialized and responsible being a teacher in the remote part of the Himalaya. Besides, I am passionate writer and love writing a lot.

Its find more easier to write rather to speak for its implementation and to bring impacts. However, I love to write to keep my thought alive.
With practice of federal system, the power and administrative aspects has been decentralized. People has easier access to government service and could feel that they could bring change in their society or community under leadership of locally elected representative.But all we need is good governance, transparency, accountability and strong economic strategy.More importantly, that all we need is change as per time.

While we talk about tradition and culture, we forget its integral parts.A decade before, there were trend of sending children to monastery instead of school. Parents didn’t think much more, while the children get education that couldn’t be financially affordable.We are grateful because its has sow seed of knowledge for free along with preservation of culture, tradition and the native scripts.In addition, there were traditional healer so called Amchhi who have sound knowledge of medicinal and herbal plants.
These integral aspects of our community have been affected by modernization and globalization. People hardly calculate the contribution of these aspect for mankind for numbers of year and its continuity is going on.I believe that one must give continuity to it with modern and globalised academic programme. The knowledge, understanding and experience of traditional healer must be institued for future generation.We are so modernized that we calculate beauty, fashion, monetary value, accessibility and complacent, while inner values, socialization and warmness of home is declining day by day.The main theme is that, everyone has its beauty and purpose, but when we reach the top of the ladder, we are about not to forget the bottom that is handling everything

I grew up in semi-desert of the Himalayas. In 2006, I travelled with dream of mine and dream of my parents being different from them.

Each year, while I make holidays trip to home, I could feel and see difference in term of culture, land structure and way of living.

The climate change, weather and modernization that feel the change and development.

But there is decline in wildlife species, the resources and dullness of beauty as per of seasons.

Sometimes, it makes me feel my homeland is upgrading as per time through globalization and modernization.
People have to eat dry products or imported ones instead of local products. Is this a good change? The globalization, has made people to choose price over nutrition value.

Indeed, in some places local products has got its market. However, it need wide spread and good market value.

Its good to see progress being made in infrastructural development.

We wanna sustainable and eco-friendly. As we are connected via internet and transport, also longing for connection via socialism, humanity and mutual understanding and co-operation.

In facts, our system or government should not just talk about dreams and opportunities but have to make its real to feel youth flying across the border to do something for homeland.

Importantly, while one think or choose motorbike that damage our lungs over the horse that served mankind from beginning of human civilization, the change is hard.

So, we have to live simply through practice of law of nature. Let’s think about the initiative that bring social and eco-friendly change that benefits us and the future generations.
